This one is already on the site under the name Solicitor. I've made it so that it returns for a search for Sölicitör as well.
I've added all your requested bands Morpheus. Note that it wasn't always clear which genres should be added to each release, as some of them have no genre votes at all at RYM. I've made educated guesses, based on the releases either just prior or just after them in the band's discography. If you know better for any of them, please let me know and I'll adjust.
It was fun tracking down good quality covers for some of these albums, particularly the 33 Seikima-II releases. Had to use all my investigative skills.

Skyliner, please. I know one of the bandmates online and he sent me the debut album. Don't worry. Three albums, two EP's, the first of which of which is rare. Progressive power metal, so two of my clans: the Guardians and the Infinite.
These guys have ten albums, so they can wait: Keydragon. I may consider making a worst metal albums ever list, but that won't be for a while so I can wait.
Hi, Ben, could Chaos Control (JPN) be added?
Happy to do so, but they're not on RYM. Metal Archives has them listed as Power / Speed. Can you comment on whether that's accurate? In other words, should they be in both The Guardians and The Pit?
Could the strangely niche album The Alchemists released by Liquid Note Records be added please? It's not all metal but there's enough tracks that are Guardians/Neoclassical shredfests that it earns its place among the other guitar shredder albums.
