Yeah, it's kind of a unique album that whilst primarily being death doom is something so much more too. I think it's a record that really deserves much more widespread acclaim.
I'd like to see Dutch band The Spirit Cabinet. They are a blackened heavy/doom project from the same guy behind Urfaust, and their new album is really solid. Probably in my top 5-10 of the year.
