Killing Joke's "Democracy" should be in The Gateway and/or The Sphere

Surprising revelation alert! I consider Killing Joke's Democracy metal, more specifically alt-/industrial rock/metal. The dark heavy guitars and rhythms of Pandemonium continue here while blended together with some of the band's lighter upbeat sound from the 80s. And a few of the heavier songs have less industrial focus, giving them more in common with alt-rock/metal back in those days. So I'd like to submit Killing Joke's "Democracy" to the Hall with two entries to be added to 1. The Gateway, and 2. The Sphere.
