Request: Killing Joke's "Democracy" album should be added to The Sphere & removed from Non-Metal.

This change will see the Industrial Metal genre added to the release.

Member comment: "Surprising revelation alert! I consider Killing Joke's Democracy metal, more specifically alt-/industrial rock/metal. The dark heavy guitars and rhythms of Pandemonium continue here while blended together with some of the band's lighter upbeat sound from the 80s so I'd like to submit Killing Joke's 'Democracy' to the Hall to be added to The Sphere."
