Brat's 1980 debut album isn't metal

Sure, there's an obvious link to Mercyful Fate but that doesn't mean that the 1980 debut album from Danish outfit Brats is a metal record. It really sits somewhere between punk & hard rock so I'd like to see it removed from The Guardians & added to Non-Metal.
