Nevermore's "Dead Heart In A Dead World" isn't heavy metal

After just having given Nevermore's 2000 fourth album "Dead Heart In A Dead World" a few spins, I've gotta say that I'm very surprised that it's been labelled as progressive heavy metal. It doesn't sound anything like your classic heavy metal sound in my opinion & sits much closer to Pantera & Machine Head than it does to Iron Maiden or Judas Priest. Therefore, I'd like to nominate his record for not one but TWO Hall entries.

1. I'd like to remove it from The Guardians as it's clearly not a heavy metal release in my opinion.

2. I'd like it included in The Pit as I feel that the heavily down-tuned & highly rhythmic & groove based riff structures qualify for groove metal status.

This release has been added to the Hall of Judgement. I've gone with the first entry, and will add the second if successful.
