Strapping Young Lad's "The New Black" should be in The Infinite

The final album from these extreme industrial metallers has a clear mix of their signature sound with Devin Townsend's signature progressive metal, and the progressive metal genre now fits the 2:1 ratio in RYM (for - 44, against - 21). With that, I'd like to submit Strapping Young Lad's "The New Black" to the Hall of Judgement with the proposal of adding it to The Infinite while keeping its existing position in The Sphere.

This release has been added to the Hall of Judgement.

I've corrected this release's clan associations & removed the Hall entry Andi.
