I'd like to nominate Quartz' 1977 self-titled album as I don't think the majority of it fits under the banner of metal. It's often touted as being possibly the earliest NWOBHM release however it's more of a hard rock record with heavy metal & progressive rock influences in my opinion & 1977 was much too early to be waving the NWOBHM tag around too. I'm proposing that we have "Quartz" moved to the "Non-metal" category.
