Riot's "Thundersteel" should be under power metal

Having just revisited that Riot album, I've realized that this may be one of the earliest European-style power metal releases outside of Germany, probably the first in America. There's enough fast melodic guitarwork, anthemic hooks, and fantasy-ish lyrics in many tracks to justify adding the album to power metal. So I'd like to submit Riot's "Thundersteel" to the Hall to be added to power metal while maintaining its position in heavy metal.
