Novembre's "Wish I Could Dream It Again..." should be in The Infinite

I consider Novembre's sound in the 90s and early 2000s to be progressive metal mixed with either gothic doom or death-doom. Their 1994 debut has more expansive aspects than just death-doom along with complex structure in the majority of tracks, similarly to its 2002 re-recording Dreams d'azur. So I'd like to send Novembre's "Wish I Could Dream It Again..." to the Hall to be added to The Infinite while maintaining its position in The Fallen.
