Stortregn's "Finitude" should be in The Infinite

The sixth full-length from Swiss outfit Stortregn is more often than not being branded as a combination of melodic death metal & technical death metal but I would argue that the tech death tag is not expansive enough to cover the full scope of "Finitude". There's simply a lot more to it than death metal & I feel that the Progressive Metal tag is required in order to fully encapsulate its many facets. For that reason, I'd like to see "Finitude" added to The Infinite on top of its position in The Horde.

This nomination has been posted in the Hall of Judgement.

I've just given this album some listening and a review to expand my progressive death metal knowledge, and there is certainly a lot of progressiveness. I also find some technicality within the shredding and soloing that explore flamenco/neoclassical-style territory. It's almost like a more brutal Persefone on steroids! So this Hall entry shall be granted a YES vote from me.
