Helstar's "Nosferatu" is progressive US power metal

I've just added three new Hall of Judgement entries off the back of listening to Helstar's highly regarded 1989 fourth album "Nosferatu". The album is currently tagged as Heavy Metal, Power Metal & Speed Metal however I'd suggest that it's really a Progressive US Power Metal release. Therefore, I'd like to see:

1. The heavy metal tag removed.

2. The speed metal tag removed which removes the album from The Pit.

3. A progressive metal tag added which will add the album to The Infinite.

I've given this Helstar album some listening and a review to test out my strength in the progressive power metal I once loved, and indeed this is a progressive US power metal offering with some technical scales of neoclassical metal incorporated into the mix. There's a lot of speed and complexity spawning from this sound. So yeah, the Infinite Hall entry is getting a YES vote from me.

I can't say that I hear much of the neoclassical component that others have highlighted to be honest.
