Excessive Force's "Conquer Your World" isn't metal

The debut from Excessive Force was made before Sascha Konietzko's main band KMFDM started adding more prominent metal elements, so all you can find from Excessive Force's debut is industrial rock/dance, sometimes close to house music. There's still some of the heavy guitar groove and vocal distortion to go with the repetitive dance, but it's not enough to consider the album metal. So I'd like to submit Excessive Force's "Conquer Your World" to the Hall to be removed from The Sphere and placed as non-metal.
