I'm very pleased to announce that Saxy will be taking over the programming & management of the monthly Metal Academt Radio "The Infinite" Spotify playlist beginning with the November list. I have to admit that I've always struggled a little bit with the direction of this playlist so it'll be good to have someone as knowledgeable & passionate as Saxy overseeing it to see if we can take it to another level. Looking at his initial tracklisting, I'd suggest we're off to a good start too. :)

I agree here, Xephyr, this track doesn't feel like part of the Fallen despite being one of the more pummeling tracks.

I went back and listened Bloodmoon: I again before work this morning and I would argue that, at the very least, the elements that feel the most inline with the Fallen are sludgy. It has that atmospheric element that makes it similar to Rosetta or Solstafir, so I'm gonna air this one out and say that "Tounges Play Dead" has a post-metal flare to it, making it acceptable for the playlist for January.
