2021 Metal Academy "The Infinite" Clan Awards

So the hour is finally at hand. The announcement that all of our dedicated clan members have been eagerly anticipating for the last couple of months has arrived at long last. It brings me great pleasure to announce that The Infinite's Release of the Year iiiiiissssss....... *insert blast beat drum roll here*

Although the debate between Colors II and Colors I will be never-ending, you won't see me complaining. 

Seeing The Work sadly reminded me how excited I was for that album only to be extremely disappointed by a concept album that held zero water for me. 

"Colors II" was on my list to check out in January but I sadly ran out of time. Between The Buried & Me's consistently strong "Colors_Live" live album really impressed me but it's been too long since I've checked out its studio partner to remember who I felt about it. Perhaps that's why I wasn't jumping out of my skin for "Colors II". Oh well... my loss I guess.
