I'll try and post some power metal bands I notice missing, as I check through, though I'll keep in short bursts, to avoid overloading you too much. Some I've noticed so far:

Bloodbound: Guardians (Power Metal for everything except In the Name of Metal, Heavy Metal for Tabula Rasa, Unholy Cross and In the name of Metal

Brainstorm: Guardians (Power Metal for everything, Heavy Metal for Metus Mortus, Soul Temptation,  Memorial Roots, On the Spur of the Moment, Firesoul, Scary Creatures and Midnight Ghost)

Hibria: Guardians for everything, Infinite for Moving Ground (All albums have Power Metal, and Moving Ground has Prog Metal.)

Human Fortress: Guardians (Power Metal for everything, Heavy Metal for Eternal Empire)

Iron Mask: Guardians (Power Metal for everything, Neoclassical for the first two albums and Heavy Metal for the third and fifth albums.)

Iron Savior: Guardians (Probably just pure Power Metal for everything.)
