This is the kind of doom metal album I live for. The release date was 1995, and it absolutely sounds like it in the best way possible. You get a pretty great death metal guttorial, lots of drumming variences from slow and calculated beats to blasts, and oh my goodness is that an audible bass guitar!? Yes it is! I also love the tones chosen for the keyboards. Yup, this one checks all of my boxes. Today I became a SepticFlesh fan.
