REMINDER: Please submit your feature releases to Ben before the end of the month and have your feature releases' threads ready to be posted in the first one or two days of next month. I can't always do these last-minute nominations, so if you miss the deadline, you'll lose your slot.
Andi, my understanding is that we only need to submit to Ben if the release needs adding to the site. Ben has told me there’s no need to give him submission details.
Oh OK, I thought we had to submit to Ben so he can add them to the "Featured" page. I understand now, Vinny. But we still need to have our feature releases and threads ready on time to prevent any more inconvenience.

I got through all the feature releases this month (let's see how consistent that becomes throughout the year, eh?)
As stated in my review, Trivium is the most played given it's EP format seems so accessible and the music is great. The best release for me on reflection is the Skepticism one though.
Not so hot on The Gateway or The Sphere features but they are largely hit or miss clans for me regardless. My surprise find was that In Mourning album which on paper would not be my bag but it proved to be a great listening experience.

Another month of feature releases and I managed all of them again (although I had already listened to The Pit, The Infinite and The Gateway offerings beforehand).
It was a solid month from the site members, although I struggled to get much from most of my non-clans. The pick of the bunch (as I knew it would be) for me was the Swallowed album from The Horde that I nominated. I actually pegged it back from a perfect score though as it did push me a bit too far in the end.

Time for the nerdy spreadsheet output for March's features. A tie for top spot this month with the psych-doom of Saturnalia Temple and the brutal core of Converge both getting 4.5 scores. I have abstained from voting for The Gateway, Sphere and Infinite releases as I just found them too alienating for my tastes.

Deeds of Flesh steal it this month for me ahead of that Smote album which is a devious little bugger that needs more time to be spent with it still. I respectfully decline to rate or review The Guardians or The Sphere features this month as I would only be bashing them having tolerated the briefest of listens through (with a lot of skipping). Unexpected find was definitely that Excessive Force record though, unexpected even ahead of my enjoyment for the first time ever of Operation Mindcrime.
