The Hall of Judgement: Novembre - Dreams d'azur

Request: Novembre's "Dream d'azur." album should be added to The North on top of its existing positions in The Fallen & The Infinite.

This change would add the Black Metal genre to the release.

Member comment: "Novembre's 'Dreams d'azur' isn't progressive gothic metal. There's no sign of a gothic influence but there is a clear black metal component that's strong enough for it to qualify as progressive black metal in my opinion so I'd like it added to The North under the Atmospheric Black Metal subgenre."
