The Hall of Judgement: Novembre - Novembrine Waltz

Request: Novembre's "Novembrine Waltz" album should be added to The Fallen on top of its existing position in The Infinite.

This change would add the Gothic Metal genre to the release.

Member comment: "I consider Novembre's sound in the 90s and early 2000s to be progressive metal mixed with either gothic doom or death-doom. Their 'Novembrine Waltz' album continues the more melodic and upbeat while still dark and melancholic atmosphere of gothic metal from 'Arte Novecento' while bringing back some of the death-doom from 'Wish I Could Dream It Again...' in a progressive mix. So, I'd like to send "Novembrine Waltz" to the Hall to be added to The Fallen and gothic metal while maintaining their position in The Infinite and progressive metal."
