The Hall of Judgement: Queensrÿche - Promised Land

Request: Queensryche's "Promised Land" album should be removed from The Guardians.

This change will see the Heavy Metal genre removed from the release.

Member comment: "Although 'Empire' is the start of the band's transition from their progressive/heavy metal sound to mainstream hard rock, it's 'Promised Land' that's where the rock side is beginning to overpower the metal side. This is mostly just radio-friendly hard rock with pieces of alt-rock, prog-rock, and grunge. Only the grunge-metal of the embarrassing 'Damaged' and the progressive metal of the shining title track count as legit metal songs. With that I'd like to send Queensryche's 'Promised Land' to the Hall for the album to be removed from The Guardians & the Heavy Metal genre."
