Request: Will Haven's "Carpe Diem" album should be added to The Fallen & removed from Non-Metal..

This change will add the Sludge Metal tag to the release.

Member comment: "The 3rd Will Haven album Carpe Diem is currently tagged as Non-Metal due to only its post-hardcore tag being valid in RYM, but it's way more than that really. There are still the slow doomy structures of sludge metal from their earlier albums so I'd like to submit Will Haven's 'Carpe Diem' to the Hall to be added to The Fallen as Sludge Metal."
