"Liking" reviews

Hi Ben, I was wondering why we can only "like" reviews from members of clans of which we too are members. I have often wanted to "like" a particularly insightful or entertaining review and also a review that has made me want to listen to an album I may not have considered before, but have been unable to as I am not a member of the clan in question.
