Currumbin Chill Council

Hi guys. As most of you would probably know by now, I'm trying to step back a bit from constantly listening to loud metal music due to fears about my long-term hearing after all these years of obuse. In order to fill that gap, I've been looking to indulge myself in other styles of music that I enjoy & decided to put together a little project around one such passion. I've always been fascinated with the early chillout scene that came out of the Second Summer of Love in the UK during the late 1980's & early 1990's so I've created a new Spotify profile called Chancellor of Chill which will be all about promoting that style of music through a series of playlists I'm calling Currumbin Chill Council. The intent is to do regular two-hour playlists focusing on that sound which will make for the perfect accompaniment for quiet reading sessions, lazy weekend gatherings by the pool, relaxing morning teas at your local cafe or casual drinks at the coolest wine bar.
