Rest assured Sonny that I did what I could to draw Daniel back from the precipice of techno oblivion. I made him consistent metal compilations (probably one a month) just to give him a taste of all the exciting new bands he was missing out on. I knew that if I just remained a metal presence in his life, and wasn't antagonistic about his strange audio decisions, he would eventually wake up and return to the fold. For anyone out there with a family member caught in the web of drugs, crime or bad audio choices, don't panic. Metal always wins in the end!
