Star Wars and Linkin Park timeline

I was going to write an entire saga combining Star Wars and Linkin Park, since they're similar to each other in the sense of concept, music direction, and release order, but ultimately I decided to add Linkin Park's releases into this Star Wars timeline. Enjoy!

I purposely moved Minutes to Midnight to after A Thousand Suns and Living Things because of that album's metal sound in a few of its songs similar to the path to the Dark Side. The Clone Wars comes shortly after Attack of the Clones, so it makes sense for the Living Things remix album to fit there. Similarly, the movie Solo and the series Star Wars Rebels come sometime before the events of A New Hope, so it makes sense to fit well with the Hybrid Theory demos and remix album Reanimation, respectively. I already considered The Hunting Party to be the "Rogue One" of Hybrid Theory, so there's that.

Now the rest of the Sequel Trilogy and Star Wars Resistance were already released, but here are my predictions for if Linkin Park continued this similar path (don't criticize me, it's just my own predictions):

Linkin Park are currently working on their new album, as announced the previous year (2020). Later this year (in 2021), the band decide to continue the electropop direction from One More Light, and impressed by the vocals of Kiiara in that album's single "Heavy", they hire her as a full-time replacement for the later Chester Bennington. They record their 8th album that would be a electropop-rap album with Kiiara's singing and Mike Shinoda's rapping. The album comes out in late 2022. Then they continue working on the remix album that was first announced when they released a remix of "One Step Closer" by American electronic duo 100 gecs in 2021. Scrapping the rock/metal remixes originally planned, the final result contains remixes of songs from One More Light and the 8th album. The remix album comes out in late 2023 with singles being released throughout 2024. It is during that year when the band record their 9th and final album, returning to the mainly electropop style of One More Light with strictly just Kiiara singing, except for the final track that also has Shinoda rapping and a few vocal samples from earlier songs that have Chester Bennington on vocals. The album comes out by the end of that year. In 2025, the band tour in support of the album, along with a 25th anniversary Hybrid Theory concert where their debut is performed live entirely with multiple guests. Their final concert would be in 2026 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their formation and what would've been Chester's 50th birthday, then they split up. In 2027, some of the members would start a new band with their debut coming out in late 2028. And the rest is the future...

Of course I won't expect too much. Whichever sound a band decides on would be their next album's fate. Anyway, enjoy that timeline, and may the Linkin Force be with you....always.
