New Feature: Expanded Release Filters

We've expanded the filtering options on the Releases page, adding Country, Minimum # of Ratings and a Sort function. We've also made all fields multi-select, allowing for much deeper searching on Metal Academy.

There is currently one issue that we need to sort, which is that if a release matches multiple genres or clans in a search, it will appear in the results multiple times. We're hoping to have this sorted soon.

Now I can finally do searches as complicated as view all Black Metal albums and EPs released between 1984 and 1995 that have at least 2 ratings, in chronological order.
