Issues with submitting ratings & reviews

Hi everyone.
I've noticed that there's an issue with submitting ratings & reviews at the moment whereby some of you may be getting errors upon saving even though these saves are working. This has resulted in some people repeating the exercise which seems to lodge an additional rating/review against the same user account. I've asked Ben to investigate urgently.
