New Feature: A-Z Jump to Letter on Bands page

A couple of Metal Academy members requested an A-Z "jump to letter" section at the top of the Bands page. This has now been added. I'm working to get a # option added, but since there are currently only 18 bands starting with a number of a symbol, I don't think anyone will miss it too much in the short term.

Let me know if you find any related bugs, and please keep the suggestions coming.
