Bang - Bang (1972)^{Release ID: 28702}

Glad I was turned on to this record in the forums ("The Roots Of Metal"), I really enjoyed this early classic. It is 1972, so heavy metal wasn't quite as established yet but this was definitely a heavier album than others at the time and you can see the influence here for other bands going further. Take that blues melody and scream over it with tuned down guitars and we got some solid fun listen. I think Future Shock is the heaviest song and probably my favorite. A slow burn that feels like Black Sabbath was in their turntables. This would go on my list of early metal albums to hear the history.
