Request: Holy Scum's "All We Have Is Never" album should be removed from The Fallen & added to Non-Metal.

This change will remove the Sludge Metal tag from the release.

Member comment: "Manchester, UK act, Holy Scum are tagged as sludge in The Fallen clan when in reality they are more of an improv rock/noise rock collective. Therefore I propose the album loses its Fallen status and sludge tag and is added to non-metal."
