The Hall of Judgement: Shining (NOR) - One One One

Request: Shining's "One One One" album should be added to The Infinite while maintaining its position in The Sphere.

This change will add the Avant-Garde Metal genre to the release.

Member comment: "Norwegian band Shining took on a more industrial sound in One One One and International Blackjazz Society, but for One One One, despite the shorter mainstream-ish songs, the avant-garde metal of Blackjazz is still around. This can be found in the high use of experimentation and unconventional instruments like saxophone. So, I'd like to submit Shining's 'One One One' to The Hall to be added to The Infinite and avant-garde metal while maintaining its position in The Sphere and industrial metal."
