Request: Riot's Rock City album should be considered Non-Metal and therefore removed from The Guardians.

This change would remove the Heavy Metal genre from the release.

Member comment: "I've never been comfortable with labelling Riot's 1977 Rock City album as a legitimate metal album. It's much more in line with your standard US hard rock sound. I'm proposing that it be removed from The Guardians & tagged as Non-Metal."
