Request: Toxik's World Circus should remain in The Pit, but have the Speed Metal genre removed.

This change would not affect the release's clan, which is The Pit.

Member comment: "Toxik's 1987 debut is currently tagged as both thrash metal & speed metal, however I can hear no traces of speed metal here. It's far more accurate to suggest that it sits somewhere between traditional thrash metal & technical thrash metal in my opinion. I think the speed metal tag is simply being tossed in to cover the operatic Geoff Tate style US power metal vocal delivery so I'd like to see it removed."
