The Hall of Judgement: Culprit - Guilty as Charged

Request: Culprit's "Guilty As Charged" album should be removed from The Guardians while maintaining its position in The Infinite.

This change will see the Heavy Metal genre removed from the release.

Member comment: "This release sits somewhere between progressive metal & progressive rock in my opinion with very little in the way of conventional heavy metal being included. For that reason, I'd like to see 'Guilty as Charged" removed from The Guardians & the Heavy Metal genre while maintaining its position in The Infinite under Progressive Metal."
